[REJECTED] Items losts

Bug description: Since a few days back i been losing items, they just dissapear from my character even when equipped they just vanished everytime i relog. This time i lost my artifact weapon and i dont know why is this happening please help. I did a post but just was rejedted saying u can do anything about it but is my artifact weapon what can i do?

EDIT: I used the recovery tool from the page and i was able to recover my artifact weapon but no my other items

Check the item recovery section on the site, there is a big chance that you wont be able to get the item back though.
