[REJECTED] [Journey to the Repose] quest gone (priest)

I got the quest in Netherlight Temple. Says i have to talk to khadgar. Then i dont know how to travel there, because the fast travel is still locked. So i try to delete and trying to get the quest back again because i thought it was bugged. Then the quest is gone. I have no quest whatsoever in Dalaran and have no idea where to go and what to do.

first: yes, the flightpaths in Legion need to be unlocked, but after you talk to Khadgar at the flightplace of new dalaran (forgot the name), you get the option to fly there, either from khadgar itself or from the flightmaster.

second: go into your classhall's scouting map, there are 3 tabs at the bottom. on the last one, you can get the starting quests for all Areas.
