Bug description: the amount of haste is reduse by 26 times

It's like that because it used to have that effect back on MoP . 4000 haste is like 8 times better than prolonged power , so just like any other potion item pre legion , their effects got reduced . ''As expected, wowhead tooltip is wrong. The ingame item actually gives only 157 haste.'' is a comment on wowhead , patch 7.1.5 .
