Bug description: This trinket dont break your stealth if you are a druid cat or rogue

,idk if it work for mages:P and can be use mounted but i am not sure...
Proof:
Can be used while mounted
Can be used while sitting
Cannot be reflected
Does not break stealth
All spell effects are harmful
Does not require shapeshift
Can be used while stunned
Usable while feared
Usable while confused

This trinket is an exception and it can be used in almost all situations you mentioned
