Bug description: I cannot purchase any of the elite appearences from legion, even tho I have reached 2k+ in legion.

We changed the core so nothing can be done about this, it doesn't have data on who had and who didn't so you should have bought it when you had the rating, now you can only obtain it from vote shop or by donating.
