After completing the quest "Illidari Allies" you do not recieve follow up quest. This means you got no way into further progressing into the expansion.

This has happend for me twice, both characters are transfered / migrated so it might have something to do with them having [Dalaran Hearthstone]

Ismaskin https://armory.wow-freakz.com/character/felsong/ismaskin

Use the dalaran hearthstone since you were migrated.

Those quests can be skipped by the migrated characters.
