Bug description: I have done M10 last week but when i opened chest the item (Trinket) dropped is of M7 is it a bug or its normal ?

any GM giving answer to this pls that thing also happend in my hunter also. I was doing TOS Norm and i bonus rolled the item dropped having item level of 885
