Video is from patch 7.2.5 but this is not a change introduced in said patch. From the video, it can be seen that Brainfreeze IS supposed to let you shatter a "normal cast" with the right timing. That one second window in which you can squeeze in another spell, be it an Icelance, Ebonbolt, Frostbolt or whatever is intended.


PS: The OP's initial post was hard to read, but this topic is related strictly to shattering via Brain Freeze. Casting 2x Icelance with one Fingers of Frost proc (with high enough haste) and getting 2x shatters is indeed a bug, as the Winter's Chill effect does not apply on a FoF Icelance.

the bug is that here the buff isnt consumed, you don;t have a 0.1 sec windnow you have all duration of fof proc, or it was before fix

You don't know what are you talking about. You can still shatter stuff, you misunderstood the original post. Brain Freeze grants +50% damage for Flurry. at high haste, you could cast 2x flurry and make BOTH have +50% damage. Winter's Chill will still allow you to shatter a second spell.
