Bug description: Cateodata nu da reset la Iceblock.
Proof: Ma pot aproba alti mage care au intalnit acest bug si in WOTLK.

We need to be able to reproduce the bug in order to confirm and fix it. I tried combat, gcd and many other things but i was unable to make it happen not even once.
A PS would have been useful, might be from some kind of cc or smth like that.

Era un vechi bug dupa cata nu stiu daca inca se mai intampla dar avea de a face cu petu' de obicei dupa ce-ti omora petu + inca ceva pe acolo, nu stiu sigur exact ce altceva mai cauza dar se intampla sa nu dea reset la nimic si abilitatea sa intre pe cd, fie cand e petu in CC sau mort nu stiu sigur nu am reusit niciodata sa-l reproduc 100% doar se intampla random si am observat mai mereu ca petu nu era, oricum nu cred ca se mai intampla acum.. mecanica de la cold snap s-a schimbat putin si poate s-a fixat si bugu, nu mi s-a mai intamplat

nu s-a mai intamplat de cand cu mop, cel putin mie.. not sure though se intampla destul de rar si inainte dar s-a schimbat mecanica spellului destul de mult pe mop si probabil nu mai e nici bugul acum
