This is the "proc" effect of mage talent Shattered Barrier, which triggers upon destroying Ice Barrier.

Any rank of ice barrier will proc it.

The effect does no damage therefore doesn't break CC.

cupcake aia e din 3.0.2, informeaza-te inainte sa copiezi ce au scris unii acum 1 an jumate. Stiu ce vorbesc si este bug.

in talent description scrie acelasi lucru ca si in 3.0.2. nu cred ca de atunci limba engleza a capatat alte intelesuri

Stiu ca dupa un patch au schimbat cv la talentul asta nu nu mai da freeze dupa ce ii dai dispell doar ca nu stiu sigur in care. O sa mai ma uit.
