Descrierea bugului / Bug description: Ice barrier absoarbe prea putin. Cand jucam pe retail, cu ilvl 390 aveam absorb peste 30k, iar acum pe ptr, cu bis am aprox 20k cu glyph. 100% nu a fost aplicat hotfixu de icebarrier de pe 4.1.0
Dovada / Proof: Ice Barrier base damage value has been increased by approximately 120%. In addition, the benefit from spell power has been increased by approximately 8%.

Eu vad ca formula este 8069 + 87% of SP; sigur n-ai vazut valoarea aia prin mario ? sau sigur n-ai adaugat un 0 din burta dupa ce ai luat damage ?

Ca sa faci macar 30k absorb iti trebuie (30.000 - 8069) / 0.87 = 25287 spell power; sa ne anunti si pe noi cand ajungi la valoarea aia.

m'am incurcat, cred, faza cu 30k era de pe 5.0.1, cand era schimbat radical ice barrier, but still, pe 4.0.6 absorbu era gen 13-14k, daca te gandesti ca s'a marit base cu 5k, rezulta 19k +coef marit+base spellpower marit, deci eu zic ca 100% valoarea actuala e prea mica ;s

Unde rezulta 19k?
Base e AveragePoints = 8069.29.

Probabil e 0.80 coeff si nu 0.87,dar base e ok.

Faza e ca noi avem sp dublu cu trinketele activate/procuite, dar absorbu e cu 1k mai mult.

nvm, se pare ca bugul e doar la display la tooltip, la buffs e ok
