[REJECTED] Mining Skill low level, Able to Mine High level Ore?

Hi,
I've searched forum and didn't see anything like this. I'm not sure if it's intentional for the time being, but it could be good or bad thing. My skill level for Mining being at 10 should not be allowed to Mine way higher levels.
I noticed this earlier as I leveled my first character but wasn't sure & it's also happened on a few other nodes, not just Blackrock. (gold, khorium, etc.)
Again, excuse me if this is a known or intentional thing.

if that wasnt al on lvl 340 you are not capebol of lvl mining up, becous you dont earn XP from minging but only for smelting, and on lvl 340 the proges is stopt, i do not know if i am the only pursen wihte this problum
