Bug description: [WRONG DURATION] [WRONG STATS]
[WRONG DURATION] The passive perk Mixology you get from being an Alchemist is working on a random basis. Here is what I mean: Sometimes when I drink my flask I get 2 hrs duration as it should be. Some other times I dont get the bonus duration and I only get 60 mins duration.
I am sure something is affecting it, since sometime it is working as intended.
[WRONG STATS] Another thing is that the stat bonus from flask should be increased too from 1000 on people without Mixology, to 1320 for MOP agility, intellect, or strength flask, and 1480 If you use a MOP spirit or stamina flask.
Proof: I can make a screenshot with the bugged duration/stats but no WoW on the PC atm. I will update later![/i]

From what I noticed that only happens when you refresh your flask

@Starsene , you have a huge point! I remember all the time refreshing my flasks its 60 minutes duration, and when i log in and prepare to start BGs and stuff i get 2 hours!
