Bug description: Chi wave doesn't benefit from the increase.

Enveloping mist should increase all the healing done by the monk except for Healing elixir. I can't find any Legion proof but look for the BFA whitelist : https://www.askmrrobot.com/wow/theory/mechanic/spell/envelopingmist?spec=MonkMistweaver&&version=live

Yeah I looked at some more stuff, but it turns out Chi Wave isn't on the list of spells that benefit from the heal increase, atleast not on 7.3.5, so I'll have to reject it
