WoW Freakz spell link: Healing Sphere , Gift of the Serpent

1.Bug description: WRONG SCALING. Both of them have the same description (it heals for 9986) but seems that thoes generated from mastery heals for half of the amount of the main Healing Sphere.
Couldn't find any formula to describe thoes but wherever i look the description for them is allways identical
