Character name: Realpandou
Bug description: When someone holds Orb of Power, it stacks damage increate, damage done and REDUCES HEALING RECEIVED. When i healed someone with debuff from Orb of Power (121177, 121176, 121175,121164) with spell Revival (115310) orbs debuff doesn't affects healing from Revival. It looks like the debuff is taken as Magical/Poison or Disease effect and dispelled from target with Orb. Target was healed for normal Revival heal and then debuff will be applied again. In 1 ms.

It affects my healing. Can you please show how where it doesn't affect your healing with orb?

Mostly on target what is not your character. I saw it for first time on healing player with 70% reduction (warlock). I healed him with 150k heal in one spell that means i can heal for about 260k without orb? My best heal with Revival was about 100k. Me, and other players without Now, it's almost imposible to do it by my self becouse lot of donors in BGs in oposite team.

Tested it according to your scenario. However, spell still gets reduced by healing reduction effect of an orb.
