Bug description: Monks can use port while stuned in pvp, specifically mistweavers monks(but other specs as well probably), i dont know how they do it but one monk specifically ported 10 stuns so its not just lucky batching, it either exploiter or actually its bugged but nobody else knows.

Confirmed. Except that you can't use it when you are actually already in CC. I get few similar bugs. Port away from polymorph and still get polyd behind pillar even though mage not even in sight anymore. Same goes with priest fear. Teleported from priest when he was about to use his fear teleported and still got feared behind pillar.Happened few times with cheapshot and legsweep too. I also even died from direct hit in the middle of teleportation. So it just teleported me half way through and I died in the middle.

It's almost like you don't actually get teleported instantly. There is a slight delay before u get ported and that's how they manage to lay cc or finishing blow on you.

I managed to get this from retail where DH used Chaos nova on Monk but monk was fast enough to teleport. In result of which chaos nova was completely negated and monk was never cced.

So the CC should go through but shouldn't effect monk if he teleported away.

Should only go through if its storm bolt: cuz that ignores LoS once it is in the air.

Agreed. So annoying when you try to port away from CC to save your partner, but you still get CCed on the other side. I made a few demonstration videos. That Mysticall monk DH chaos nova video from retail clearly shows that CC should not go through after teleport.

It's not bugged, you can't really port during stunned, so rejected.
