Bug description: Combo Strikes does not add damage (+ it also doesn't change the tooltip damage of the spells)

Proof: Tried using Blackout Kick & Rising Sun Kick after a tiger palm. The damage is the same when using the same spell twice in a row

So you're basically saying that mastery doesnt work either
