So there should not have been any nerf
It is clear that that is a typo at the 70

Read the report,it is not related at all to that particular nerf ,SCALING OF RSK IS 653% and 7.3.0 scaling is 1110.2%, If you do the math you clearly see that if you apply the DB Modifier it doesn't match the ingame number and if you apply the past patch modifier it does. Instead of talking nonsense do the math,and as I said devs will determine if it is the incorrect DB number or ingame,but its probably ingame since DB matches the Wowhead Modifier.
