Bug description: hotfix not implemented

Rushing Jade Wind now applies Mark of the Crane to 4 targets (was 5).
Brewmaster
Keg Smash damage increased by 10%, and it no longer deals reduced damage to 6+ targets.
Breath of Fire damage increased 11%.

I will reject this post, I have been told that I cannot accept topics containing more than one spell. It shows up weird in the activity log. I must ask you please to create a separate topic for each of the mentioned spells (I will do so retroactively for all the reports I fixed yday)
