Bug description: Mount speed still active on player after using mask spell in suramar city.

In the 1st picture i mount my horse, in the 2nd picture i use the spell the wear the mask in the city, and in the 3rd picture you can see that i still have my mount speed active, so i can walk with 100% speed. It would be nice to be fixed.
It only works in this order : mount 1st, than use the mask spell. If you use the mask spell and mount after, everything is fine.
