Bug description: Doesnt instantly expire upon leaving combat

Press Ctrl+f and check for February 27th, the first from this date

It does drop the stacks. You might have just been stuck in combat for some other reason. Provide proof if you think you're right with regards to necrotic not dropping the stacks in our dungeons.

Can confirm that Necrotic stacks get removed properly when you leave combat , so you were most likely stuck in combat with some mob that was preventing them from disappearing.
