We should get loot after every single boss,not only on last boss how it working now.
Loot should get every party member,not 2 random players.

No, that is actually incorrect . What you see in the video is a common bug that happens on retail. Previous received loot appears on your screen after you kill a m+ boss, even tho you receive nothing. Both the 1st and the 2nd boss "loot", as you call it, is the same, and nobody actually received it. It is most likely a loot received from the past dungeon. The only loot they receive is in the chest at the end of the dungeons.
