Bug description: the npc Overseer Y'beda from Mac'Aree is missing and never is spawmed. its needed to kill it for World quests or for Achievement Commander of Argus.

Hello molodani1,

You've posted a video of the NPC on official WoW servers, what's that supposed to tell us?

Please provide proof of the NPC not spawning on our server.

Keep in mind you need to have completed most of the Mac'Aree storyline (on the CURRENT character) in order to see it.
