Can confirm; however, the encounter is NOT completely broken. If you wait long enough, Gothik will in fact eventually come down from his balcony. And can still be killed then.

Not sure how long it was, somewhere from 5 to 10 minutes. It does happen. He will jump down on the side you normally enter the room in.

You just need to be patient. After a while adds will spawn, just to hear it for a third time (is a charm).

this delay is part of a roleplay and is intended, the problem only arises when you kill him so fast he doesnt have time to start it properly, making you wait for the whole duration
