Bug description: Can't interact with Sandel Fin NPC. The first NPC, Nelu Darkclaw, worked fine. I also tried restarting the quest, but nothing changed.

Hey there,

You need to complete the first objective of the quest which is to find Nelu Darkclaw. I recommend to abandon the quest and also leave the group and try again
