[REJECTED] New incident: Overall damage nerfed

Bug description: Massive dmg nerf overall (Average dps/hps nerfed)

Kindly be informed that as per my side o' view, after the latest restart, massive dps nerf occured.
Certain bugs appeared, some of those already'd been confirmed by class dev personally.
I'd like to know If others also felt this , quoting 'nerf', or only in certain segments?

Like for example: My Implosion was around 40%+- overall dmg done and after the resetart it's around 19-22%. Also, not all of my imps actually explode, it's always 3 doesn't matter how many I have.

well i got some problems. before of restart i deal 4k damage easy per second but now is 2,8k
