[FIXED] [Warlock][Demonology]Implosion + Implosion and Memory of Implosive Potential

Bug description: Implosion hit multiple times for one imp, basicly implosion damage trigger 2-3 times per one imp, this but also have some interaction with memory of the implosive potential https://www.wow-freakz.com/spells.php?spell=337139&name=implosive-potential cause the legendary to proc multiple times from each cast of implosion, basicly we can get up to 45% haste per cast of implosion with only 3 imps available


PS : In fact that we can get 45% haste with only 3 imps and 90% haste with 6 imp makes this is clearly a bug , i can also post proof is nescessary but the bug itself reallly easy to duplicate

My apologize in advance that i cant provide video about it
here how to reproduce it, i use MSBT (Miks Scrolling Battle Text) with that we can see clearly how many hits that any target takes from specific abilities as follow :

https://ibb.co/HVKLFX9 in this Picture i have 1 imp, it shown on the weakaura in the center of my screen
https://ibb.co/cb5VTfH then i cast Implosion, it hits 3 times and we can see from the MSBT addon and give me 3% haste (should be 1%)

https://ibb.co/rQMtLw8 in this picture i have 8 imps, again you can see from the weak aura in the center of my screen
https://ibb.co/VVjMbpx and then i cast implosion and boom, it hits for 102 times with total of 70k+ implosion damage and give me 115% haste as you can see below
