WoW Freakz link: All BoE item world quests

Bug description: As of 23/07/2018 , for the past 3 weeks, I have not seen a single BoE item WQ across 12 characters on 4 accounts (me and my friends'). This makes me think that WQ BoEs have been disabled for some reason.

Proof: No proof but I asked fellow guildies.

They have not been disabled, the WQ system is RNG
