Request description:
The server web page on Chrome, due to its moving background, takes around 15% of the CPU in my machine.
I suggest optimizing it or changing it to a fixed image, so it's easier on lower end PCs.

Proof:
With background GIF looping, 15% CPU:

I agree with your suggestion mate. Ever since we got new website background, my browser goes crazy. It's even worse when I'm voting and open multiple wow-freakz homepages as then it usually fills up cpu-usage to max.
