Bug description: Yesterday, i saw something odd about the Titanic Empowerment trinkets. After 3-4 hours of testing with both trinkets equipped, every single time, no exception, both trinkets proc'ed at the exact same time. And for what i noticed, the frequency at which they both activated was higher than when i only use one. What i think it's happening, is that for some reason, when one of the trinkets triggers, that makes the the other one to trigger too, basically resulting in twice the procs/uptime for both.
Proof: I took a million screenshots at different moments, in both raid and M key to show both buffs proc'ing at the same moment. I'm not sure if this is the correct behaviour, but it'd be really weird..

Hello Royd,

Both trinkets seem to be working as intended when combined together. Here

The behaviour on Freakz is corresponding with the retail logs.

I also checked multiple classes using both trinkets at the same time.
