Bug description: Winning items may upgrade but you dont get the upgrade

This is the second time it happened to my characters Both were TOS upgrades to 920 and I only got 915.

can a GM read this.... its the 3rd time this happened to my chars All on Harjatan.

there`s nothing to resolve its just a visual bug, if the 920 gloves would had indeed dropped they would be heroic warforged and not heroic only.

So why no GM mention that its a visual bug when i first posted, but instead wait for it to happen again. I understand that there might be bugs that slip by I could live with that.. I just dont understand ignoring a post after informing people to report bugs on the forum.
