Bug description: Hi. My weekly war chest is buged last week i claim it in friday after that my conquest points didn't reset and now it's the same but i can't open the chest just show me i can claim it next week and it's not reset again... help please

As far as I know, the conquest bar will reset once the PvP season starts.

We are currently in Pre-Season, so the official Conquest/War Weekly chests are unavailable with the exclusion of the first week. We're expecting this to officially begin sometime after the 16th of January.
