Proof: I can't screan shot a prof cuz its a passive , it didn't proc on my paly since i created him

I face the problem too.. It never proc to my paly.. Please wowfreak staff, fix it asap!!
I've tried with bunch of enemy that hit me and spamming with Hammer of Righteous, it never proc.

Did you try to change your spec from prot to holy (or ret) ? Or change the "First avenger talent" then retake it ? . One of my friend had a problem with procs and he solved it like this.
Anyway, this passive works fine for me.

I've changed my spec to holy or ret, but it didnt work..
I will try the second option and I will tell you the result ASAP.

passive is working there is only a problem with the visual effect, but it's ok
