Bug description: I was leveling my paladin and noticed that my Steed ability only had 1 charge as if I didn't have the talent. But after checking my talents I did have the talent Cavalier wich gives it 2 charges I relogged changed spec and changed talents but it was still bugged for me I asked a fellow paladin and he said it worked fine but as the imgur shows it only has 1 charge.

It is actually weird bug, it occurs only if you're below 100lvl and chose this talent, as soon as you hit 100 it gets 2nd charge.

Also experiencing this bug. While in a rest area, switching talents from Cavalier to something else then back to Cavalier restores my paladin's second Cavalier charge for the duration of my log-in.

works for 110 chars, maybe its a problem bellow that lvl
