Bug description: It should be available and repeatable quest after the completion of the quests chain.

also i managed to get 2: http://www.wowhead.com/item=104286/quivering-f******-egg and still can't turn them in.

On the daily side , you get one or 2 quests , then the rest disappear and the NPC treats you like this

Strange i have several chars to play with , today i had to quest my pandaren monk tru pandaria.

Did the prequests for Onyx To Goodness , but the quest was not avaibale , very weird (thought omg again a pandaren problem)

Changed to my Paladin , which did the Onyx To Goodness 10 times several weeks ago and strange for him it wasn't also available , but NPC has a silver marksign

So somebody has altered it. would be nice to have this quest back (after the quest the eggs will be collectable i presume)

UPDATE: Successfully was able to hatch the egg by turning around and speaking to Instructor Skythorn immediately instead of waiting.

HOWEVER once I became exalted, the final quest "Riding the Skies" was bugged. The quest is literally joining the Order of the Cloud Serpent and all you have to do is speak to Elder Anli but you can't, so I couldn't turn it in and get my cloud serpent mount. It can still be purchased for gold but I couldn't obtain an earned mount.
