Descrierea bugului / Bug description: None of the following mobs drop the recepe.

Dovada / Proof: It's impossible for a 30% and 20% drop chance to not drop after 200 kills.

Same here, the item that have the same drop rate, droped like 100 times but not the item i need, with the same drop rate as well

*EDIT* It actually corresponds to the wowhead drop rates. It had 0.01% instead of 1% as in the freakz database.(thats for the boots not the recepe) for Winterfall Ursa

in order to get the recipe you need tailoring,as far as i can see you do not have tailoring on any chars.

I only want the recepe in item form after that I will find a tailor to craft it for me.
And tailoring should not have anything to do with it dropping or not.

A world drop that can drop anywhere in Northrend, this beeing my 2nd world-shirt drop I can confirm that these patterns can only be seen by tailors. Meaning that the odds of finding it on AH are little to none.
