Bug description: When doing the scenario "Serenity's End" at stage 5 when the Infernal drops and you kill it, the npc that is supposed to run stays in place

Hello Dariukxas,

Quest completed by 2347 players. I also tested it multiple times and each time I had no issues.

Please exit the game navigate to your WoW folder then delete the "Cache" folder and try again. If the issue still occurs then do the same and abandon the quest then redo it.

Stage 5 can be completed with relog (I just did it). The character stucks in combat after killing the infernal (that can be seen on your picture too) which prevents further interaction. After relog if you move on the bridge the npc will follow.
Altough the quest still bugged. At the Final stage after destroying the portal's crystal you should be teleported to "The Wandering Isle" but nothing happens.

I have the same problem. I have completed the scenario but am stuck on "Destory the Demon Portal".

Now I'm stuck here. I can't continue on to Legion. I have tried using my Zen Pilgrimage ability and can teleport out but when coming back I'm still stuck here. So basically we can't play these characters now lol.

Since then I found the portal. It's at Krasus Landing, Dalaran: https://www.wow-freakz.com/npc_finder.php?npc=999764&name=monk-class-hall-teleporter
So it can be completed, but there should be at least a sign to not look for it in the scenario
