Bug description: Personnal loot item can be traded

Personal Loot now allows players to trade any items that are not Item Level upgrades for them to eligible groupmates,
So basically we can trade stuff we already have with others members of the group ?

Same problem here, many retail players told me the same. This is really a hard loot bug.

Personal Loot can be traded to an eligible party member within two hours. This is bugged on Freakz. You can't trade it. It's kind a major bug because you can only do bosses once per week.

Confirmed, asked friend from retail about it loot should be tradable in 2 hours of geting item with in ppl from party.
