Bug description: The spell should prioritize players over pets. If there are 2 players around and 3 pets, it jumps on the pet(s) rather than on the injuried player(s).

I couldn't reproduce.

Tested with 4 players 3 pets, 2 players 3 pets:
- The spell doesn't jump to pets when there are injured players

The issue I found was that the prayer of mending isn't jumping to pets at all regardless of HP. For example, all friendly player targets are at 100% HP while a pet is 50% HP prayer of mending will still go to a friendly player (instead of the pet), ignoring pets completely.

Hey, I did a lot of pvp and still could not reproduce it.
