Bug description: The 4/5 set bonus is supposed to reduce the cooldown of Chakra by 25 seconds,so it will get on 5 seconds cooldown at all times.This bug has happened to me only when i change my sets between shadow and holy,but since the phase 3 this is the 3rd time i'm getting this without even changing any kind of gear,if i don't use my chakra before gates open in arena i'll have to play with 30 seconds chakra.After i teleport out of the arena it goes back to 5 seconds like it should be.

Played a lot of arenas last two seasons,never had such a problem except when i change sets,but that's normal in a private server i guess.
But since phase 3 came out,this randomly appears when you enter arena and the most annoying thing is that i notice it during the fights

We need to find a way to reproduce this and to understand the sequence of actions in order to have a fix for it.

No,it hasn't happened to me in a long time.I'm not really sure if it's caused by swapping sets,but everytime i use equip manager to swap from my shadow gear to holy gear i get from 604k health to 602k and my PvP power is with ~1%+ less for some reason,the rest of the stats remain the same.
