Bug description: When you have the trait Thought Harverster it's proc the Mind sear and you can use it with 150% increase damage ,but instead of 20 seconds using you can use the proc only 1 time until Mind sear duration expire(2 seconds).After this 2 seconds you don't have anymore the 150% increase damage ,and should be at least for 20 seconds.Sometimes is working good sometimes not.
EDIT: This is happened only in aoe situation!
