Bug description: Since today, my addon Elvui isn't keeping settings that I make. For example, I set off the bags module, I reload the game, and bag module is enabled... and I've created a new char, but each time I log I have to skip the first process, and settings aren't saved...

Hey,

Please check if your WTF folder isn't set to "Read only" in properties - if yes, uncheck it.
If it still happens, redownload our launcher.
