Bug description: Enter mythic+ Neltharion's Lair. Be greeted with missing teleports near the dungeons entrance and the river.

I think it is only a feature for normal, HC and Mythic 0 NL

It shouldn't be. The Portals make more sense in Mythic + than Normal and Heroic ... It's wasting so much time for players.

If its intended behavior it should at least be scripted correctly. To swim at the dungeons entrance instead of walking and swimming in a barrel automatically at the river.

nl is the easiest dungeon, these aren't really necessary for m+ runs.
