Quest details: revive 4 citizenz, according to the quest helper, a " Mana wine flask" is supposed to be provided, but i cant find it.
=> cant complete quest

Quest has a workaround. Even though you don't have quest item, inside of one of the houses, you can find a citizen you can interact with, in order to get quest credit. I managed to "talk" with citizen 4 times to get quest credit and it worked fine.
