Bug description: I've completed the quest 80D [A Royal Escort] (ID=13151) which happens in 'The Culling of Stratholme'. Everything works until Chrombie (npc=30997) spawns.. She flies off after she appears and is too high off the ground and cannot be reached to turn the quest in. Maybe reposition spawn point or.. something?
