I decided to report a few bugged Deepholm quests in a single topic in order not to flood the forum.

Wowhead/WoW Freakz Link: A head full of wind
Bug description: Doesn't work. There are no wind-devils to take with you and also there's no mist.

Go to the place from the picture and talk to the NPC , you will get completed
