Bug description: its not fixed after reset just killed it on 3 diff chars where i have alchemy and i didnt got rank 3 recipe.

Same, I don't know what kind of fix is this but either the recipe doesn't drop at all or it drops only for the one with the fastest hand to loot it from the boss after it dies ( facepalm ), despite every alchemist should get the recipe after the boss dies.

Spawned an NPC in boss chamber. It will give you an option to recover the recipe. The boss must be dead if you want to see the option.
