[REJECTED] [Rares/World Bosses] HP behaving incorrectly V3

Bug description: @Skye, i finally manage to record a video of the bug. Check the boss HP (12.7m) and check the damage i'm doing to him in my recount (actually, it's pretty obvious, since it goes down like crazy). At the end, i did almast 3m, but he lost 12.7m. If you pay attention, you will see what i explained in the other post, at the start, the ratio between the damage it takes/the damage i do, is the highest, but when he gets lower on hp, it gets reduced until near 200-300k when it tends to 1. This is happening with a lot of rares/world bosses since patch 8.2. Sometimes after resets/restarts it gets fixed, but then it comes back again.
