Bug description: This talent does nothing.
Proof: With Refreshing Breeze enabled, Vivify heals for 16443: https://i.imgur.com/Ybrb8bi.png
With it disabled, it heals for the same amount: https://i.imgur.com/cN77N9f.png

Also, it does not refresh the duration of Essence Font either.

It is a PvP talent. Try it in BG see if any different.
